Melisa Weaver believes that searching for truth through conversation is one of the great pleasures of life. She was first introduced to Socratic Circles through training provided by a tutor from a classical college. After experiencing the amazing benefits derived from this form of conversation, she has gone on to lead Socratic Circle trainings for multiple groups around the country. Formally educated in classical music—voice performance, Melisa has served as the director of worship in 3 churches, and taught voice lessons both in her private studio and in a partnership program with a private school. She has homeschooled her three children through high school while serving in various roles with Classical Conversations over the last 13 years. She has tutored almost all levels of the Classical Conversations Classroom experience, and has been a Support Representative, Area Representative, Sales Manager, and Practicum Speaker.
